Who May Use Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Thine is a U.S.-only service. Business users represent they have authority to bind their entity.
Account Registration & Security
You agree to provide accurate, current information and are responsible for your account security. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Recording Features & Consent
Always-on recording requires your explicit consent. You are responsible for obtaining consent from bystanders and third parties. Do not record children under 18 or sensitive data such as bank details, health information, or government IDs. You control start/stop/pause, Privacy Mode, deletion, and training opt-out.
Integrations
You may authorize Thine to access Google Calendar and Gmail with minimum scopes. You can disconnect integrations at any time in Settings.
AI/LLM Features
Prompts and context are sent to LLM providers for responses. Model training on your data requires consent and can be withdrawn at any time. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice.
Ownership of Data
You own your original recordings and user derivatives (transcripts, summaries). Thine is licensed only to operate, maintain, and improve services. Anonymized and aggregated data is owned by Thine. We never sell personal information or original recordings.
Acceptable Use
Do not violate any law, third-party rights, or these Terms. Do not record where prohibited or without consent. Do not reverse-engineer, interfere with services, or bypass security.
Subscriptions & Fees
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Trials convert to paid unless canceled. Subscriptions auto-renew and are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with notice.
Disclaimers
Services are provided as-is and as-available. We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration via JAMS. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing .
Termination
Thine may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Your right to use the services ceases immediately. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, and arbitration survive termination.
